As the most basic-level civil servants,township civil servants are an administrative group that directly faces and contacts the public.They are the main bridge between the government and the people.In the minds of the people,they represent the public image of the government.Therefore,whether the enthusiasm of township civil servants can be brought into full play directly determines the level of government administrative efficiency and the quality of public image.Therefore,by studying the incentive problem of township civil servants and improving the incentive mechanism of township civil servants can further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of township civil servants,and it also plays an important role in enhancing the public image of the government and improving the efficiency of government administration.Firstly,the paper defines the concepts of township civil servants and civil servants incentive mechanism,etc.It clearly takes township civil servants in Z county of S city as the research object.This article is based on the hierarchy of needs theory and the two-factor theory.It combines the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,and the interview method to investigate the implementation status of the incentives of township civil servants in Z County of S City.Then,based on the questionnaire survey data of township civil servants in Z County of S City,the analysis is carried out from various aspects such as salary situation,assessment situation,training situation,promotion flow situation,spiritual incentive situation,etc.Import relevant survey data into SPSS software for processing and in-depth analysis.It uses the independent sample T test method to analyze the differences of different genders,the one-way ANOVA method to analyze the differences of various age groups and the post grade differences.The content of the interview is analyzed in depth and detail.And then through analysis,it is concluded that the incentive of township civil servants in Z county of S city has a lot of problems:insufficient salary system incentives,unsmooth promotion flow channels,unobvious evaluation and incentive effects,insufficient training to meet needs,and single spiritual incentives,etc.It analyzes the causes of the problems from different levels and angles.Finally,the paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects: establishing a new incentive concept of civil servants,improving the salary system,unblocking promotion flow channels,constructing a scientific assessment system,innovating training incentive,innovating Spiritual incentive,and Strengthening the supervision of township civil servants,hoping to provide reference for the reform of the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in China.
