With the development of society,China's population has shown an increasing trend of aging population and increased life expectancy.Now China has entered the stage of population aging.At present,The population of Nanning is huge,the population over 60 years old has reached 1.29 million,accounting for a large proportion of the city's population.Based on this background,this paper analyzes Nanning's current situation of the pension service industry and the needs of the elderly people.The population pyramid and linear regression are adopted to analyze statistically the development of old-age needs and the trend of industrial development.Aimed at the unbalance between supply and demand of urban and rural pension institutions in Nanning,the lack of service consciousness and quality,insufficient support for industrial environmental policies,poor usability of pension service technology products,this paper intends to analyze the dynamic and impact mechanism of the pension service industry,explores the new development model of Nanning's pension service industry,and tries to build a new pension service industry system.Finally,according to different needs and characteristics of pension service,aiming at the focus problem of the pension service industry,it proposes a coordinated development and fosters talents system of the pension service industry,intensifies the introduction of social capital investment,establishes a sound policy system,encourages the development of appropriate technology to improve the service quality of the pension service industry,in order to meet the multi-level pension needs of different regions and to promote the development of the pension service industry in Nanning.
