Research On The Problem Of Market Supply Of Social Pension Service In Nanning

The article studies the problems existing in the market-oriented supply of social care for the aged institutions in Nanning.On the one hand,aging problem is becoming increasingly prominent and the pressure on the government to provide for the aged is increasing.On the other hand,pension marketization is possible.As a quasi-public goods,pension services can be allowed to enter the market and be provided for the market,and the principal-agent theory also paved the way for the regulation of restriction and incentive mechanism.The government can provide an orderly and free development environment in the process of marketization of pension services.In 2000,China's aging process began.With the disappearance of the population dividend,the aging degree is deepening day by day,and its growth rate is accelerating,which makes our country face the severe situation of the aged.Due to historical reasons,the society is generally not optimistic about the market,China's public services are accustomed to being provided by the government.However,the social economy is in the new normal of continuous development,the government needs to deal with and solve the public affairs only increase unabated,the role also has been highly concerned about.President Xi put forward in the party's 19th CPC National Congress report that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era,and that the principal social contradictions in our country have been transformed into contradictions between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.At this time,can seize the opportunity to borrow the strength of the market to solve the pension problem,to meet the elderly“enjoy the old",this will be a correct choice.Samuelson believes that markets are not only linked to efficiency,but also closely related to people's basic freedom.Therefore,the pension market has been fully developed,can the choice of social pension had been broadened.The author through in-depth literature,questionnaires and interviews and other methods to collect relevant information,combined with two examples of Nanning City,in the context of the domestic pension service marketization,detailed analysis of the status quo,problems and reasons of Nanning pension service marketization.This paper analyzes the Nanning social pension institutions,analyzes the related concepts such as the marketization of pension services,through the theory of public products and principal-agent theory to support the point of view of this paper.At the same time,it analyzes the problems of the marketization of the care for the aged service in this city,such as the imperfect policy,the low professional level and the low treatment,the low service quality,the weak economic ability of the old people,and so on.It also puts forward relevant suggestions from five aspects:perfecting system,strengthening supervision,policy support,strengthening propaganda and cultivating talents.
