Research On The Problem Of Government Support For One-child Died Family In Yinzhou District Of Tieling City

One-child died family is a special group formed since the implementation of the family planning policy in China.With the increase of the number of one-child died family year by year,In order to protect the rights and interests of this group,the state's supporting policies are becoming more and more perfect.To a certain extent,it solves the material and spiritual difficulties them,it has safeguarded their basic rights,it promotes social harmony and stability.However,there are still many contradictions and problems in the implementation of support work,such as weak support,single implementation method,and low level of security.The level of support work lags behind the objective needs of one-child died family.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the government's ability to assist,improve the level of government governance,and make the one-child died families have more sense of gain and satisfaction.Taking Yinzhou District of Tieling City as an example,based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy needs and the theory of responsible government,the research is carried out in a combination of theory and practice.Combined with the questionnaire survey of one-child died family in Yinzhou District and the questionnaire interview data of the family planning cadres in towns(streets)and villages(communities),this paper analyzes the data,there is still an urgent need to master the one-child died families in terms of economic support,pension security and spiritual consolation.Combined with the current situation of supporting work in Yinzhou District.This paper analyzes the problems and causes from four dimensions: the main body,the way,the content and the management of support,put forward countermeasures to improve the support work in Yinzhou District,by improving the professional level of supporting subjects,building a platform for the participation of social forces,and promoting the establishment of a joint conference system for the support and care of one-child died families;By means of the classified management of one-child died families,improvement of appeal channels,and enhancement of publicity to improve the sense of social identity of supporting work,etc.We should improve the content and function of government by broadening the source of funds,accelerating the relevant policies for the elderly,and guiding participation in social activities of one-child died families;We should improve the top-level design of the government assistance system by improving the implementation mechanism of the support work,the assessment mechanism of the support effectiveness,and the supervisionmechanism of the support process.
