A Study On The Role Of Xiangxian Under The Social Governance Model Of "integration Of Three Disciplines

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party proposes to "strengthen the basic work at the grassroots level in rural areas and improve the rural governance system that combines autonomy,rule of law,and rule of law." As an elite in the grassroots society,xiangxian is not only an important force in traditional Chinese rural governance,but also plays an active role in rural governance in modern society.Especially in the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the continuous development of the economy and society and the increasing promotion of new urbanization,a group of new villagers and sages with knowledge,ability,capital,morality and feelings have grown in rural areas.And it has become an important force for contemporary rural governance.The improvement of the rural governance system,which combines autonomy,rule of law and rule by virtue,can not be separated from the extensive participation of contemporary "new villagers".It has become a very important and urgent task to bring into play the important role of Xinxiang Xian in promoting the development of the rural social governance model of "three governance integration",thus laying a good foundation for the realization of rural governance modernization.This paper,from the perspective of exerting the role of xiangxian in the construction of the "three-rule integration" rural social governance model,combs and summarizes the research on the integration of xiangxian and sanzhi at home and abroad,and defines the connotation concept of xiangxian and the "three-rule integration".The relationship between Xiang Xian and the "integration of the three disciplines" is elaborated in depth.At the same time,we will focus on conducting field research on the participation of rural villagers from Changshan County,Zhejiang Province in rural governance of the "three-rule integration",and describe and analyze the role of rural villagers in the construction of the "three-rule integration" rural social governance model and existing problems at all levels.The author also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to further develop the role of Xiang Xian in the construction of the social governance model of "Three Governance Integration".
