Research On Villagers Autonomy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The strategy of rural vitalization is the new strategy and new requirement of the CPC central committee for the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era after the strategy of new rural construction.This strategy aims to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate rural development in China,which is a new requirement for rural development after the change of social contradictions.In the face of the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,unreasonable agricultural industrial structure,low agricultural value-added,low comprehensive benefits,rural decline,the outflow of young rural population,and serious aging,the rural revitalization strategy was put forward.From the perspective of rural vitalization,this paper discusses and analyzes the main problems existing in the current process of villager autonomy,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is conducive to the realization of effective governance of villager autonomy.Based on the strategy of rejuvenating rural deployment and requirements for the problems existing in the development of villagers' autonomy is studied,the theoretical basis of villagers' autonomy as well as the relationship between rural revitalization,the deficiencies and causes,and to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,on the basis of put forward the concrete countermeasures of perfecting the villager autonomy.This paper is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first Part: introduction.It mainly includes the basis and significance of the topic selection,research summary,research ideas and so on.The second part: the theory of villager autonomy in the context of vitalization strategy.This part mainly analyzes the basic connotation of rural vitalization,the basic concept of villager autonomy,the theoretical basis and the internal logic relationship between rural vitalization and villager autonomy.The thirdly Part: the status quo and problems of villager autonomy.This part first analyzes the current situation of the development of villager autonomy,so as to fully understand and understand the current problems of villager autonomy.The problems of villagers' autonomy are analyzed from the aspects of the lack of correct understanding of the subject of villagers' autonomy,the unsound structure of villagers' autonomy,the alienation of autonomy in the process of villagers' autonomy,and the insufficient sense of gain of villagers in the process of villagers' autonomy.The fourth part: the analysis of the causes of the problems of villager autonomy.The negative influence of traditional culture,the imperfection of relevant legal system,the influence of traditional governance mode and the imbalanced and inadequate rural development are analyzed.The fifth part: under the background of rural vitalization strategy,the concrete countermeasures of improving villagers' autonomy.This part specifically discusses the specific path to promote the effective governance of villager autonomy,that is,to cultivate the concept of modern governance,improve the efficiency of the subject of autonomy,improve the rural governance system,and consolidate the economic foundation of villager autonomy.
