Villagers Autonomy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

China is a large agricultural country.In order to promote better development in rural areas and encourage farmers to share the fruits of socialist development and national economic construction,China has invested a lot of resources in rural areas for a long time,from policy,economy,institutions,finance,technology,talent introduction and infrastructure construction.From the perspective of policies,economy,System,finance,technology,talent introduction,infrastructure and other aspects of the rural areas have invested a lot of resources.In addition to "He help",rural areas want to really develop,but also must rely on "self-help",but also to achieve "autonomy",so this article will be mainly in rural areas as the issue of village autonomy and selected A district of villager self-government construction and development for the actual case to conduct in-depth research and analysis.This article first introduces the research background and the main purpose of this topic,reviews existing literature achievements;then gives the definition of autonomy and villager autonomy,summarizes the main contents of the autonomy of villagers,analyzes the relationship between autonomy of villagers and rural revitalization And then summarizes the relevant theories.Then,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the current situation of villagers ’autonomy in Area A,pointing out that there exist the following four major problems:the villagers’ lack of democratic awareness;the imperfect self-governance of villagers;At the same time,this paper argues that the root causes of the above problems lie in the imperfect mechanism of villagers’ autonomy,the lack of the dominant position in the autonomy of villagers,the lack of supervision and the low self-governance of the villagers.Finally,,Operating mechanism,regulatory guarantee and other three aspects of the recommendations and countermeasures.In respect of perfecting the system of villagers’ autonomy,the author puts forward three proposals:establishing and perfecting the autonomy system of villagers,improving and perfecting the operation mechanism of villagers,establishing the corresponding safeguard mechanism and establishing the autonomy of villagers.In the aspect of developing the rural economy,To attract villagers to participate in the construction of self-government;to enhance propaganda and education and to enhance the villagers’ awareness of participation;to safeguard the healthy and orderly election of villagers,put forward the proposal of building a corresponding guarantee mechanism;enhancing the awareness of law and democracy in villagers;and grassroots governments should step up guidance and supervision Suggest.
