Study On Quality Evaluation Of Legal Aid Cases In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The evaluation of the quality of legal aid cases is generally carried out by judicial administrative agencies in accordance with the scores of the quality evaluation of legal aid cases in various cities,it mainly includes evaluation subject,evaluation object,evaluation scope and evaluation standard.The quality evaluation standard of legal aid cases is the main basis for the quality evaluation of legal aid cases.It directly determines the result of the quality of legal aid cases.Only high-quality standards can truly reflect the quality of legal aid cases,and its score can also reflect the true data and situation of the quality of the case,and give managers the most timely feedback,which can play a positive role in making decisions.The article studies the quality of legal aid evaluation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through field visits,interviews,and case collection surveys,and evaluates the collected data on legal aid cases in accordance with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's own quality evaluation standards.The deficiencies in the quality assessment of legal aid cases in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region include:The standards need to be improved,the assessment subject is single,the funding is short,and the assessment procedures are not strict,etc.In view of the above deficiencies,it is recommended to improve the corresponding standards,introduce peer evaluation,set up special funds,and strictly standardize theevaluation procedures to establish a normalized legal aid case quality evaluation mechanism and other measures.
