With the rapid development of economy, in Hefei City.During the Constructionperiod, the great majority of suburban, rural area changed the original villageorganization into the neighborhood committee. With the reconstruction of the villageschanged, the progress of "change in the village" is advanced steadily, hundreds ofthousands of villagers will be incorporated into the Urban community management.However, due to the various aspects of social security and other public utilities arestill not yet in place, there are still many problems to be solved in the process ofchange in the village.For example, in the process of’’ change in the village’’ process, the birth of anumber of Hefei’’ new citizen’’，these "new people’’ are from the original ruralresidents, their culture is relatively concentrated in a middle school or junior highschool，generally low cultural quality, most of them know nothing about thecommunity harmonious culture, and expressed a willingness to adapt to citycommunity residents, many residents indicated that does not understand citycommunities，which only willing to adapt to city culture is the concept of an emptyshell. Only if the residents establish the concept of the urban culture, can putthemselves actively into the harmonious construction.’’Change in the village changesin speed, the farmer also citizens, but rural cultural tradition and farmers’ culturalpsychology and philosophy can keep up this pace?On the’’change in the village community culture construction in China, how tomake the Hefei new citizens to better adapt to the city’s cultural philosophy remainsto be explored. Therefore，this paper is to study by exploring the’’change in thevillage after the new citizens with Hefei in cultural adaptation in a variety of changes,the villagers to residents in the cultural dimensions of the transition, studying how tomake’’ change in the village to bring lasting harmonious society effect, make’’changein the village community culture construction of long-term planning to get. Thesecond is the focus of research on how to "change in the village ’s footsteps, makingthese new citizens are able to more quickly adapt to the new cultural.This article through the questionnaire survey way, assisted by interviews,statistical analysis of data, for the home village changed culture adaptation mayinlfuence factors of various ideological characteristics as the breakthrough point,carries on the analysis about the present situation of culture idea. By summing up analysis, the author believes that adaptation to new citizens ideological and culturalconcept to guide is necessary.
