Research On Promoting The Function Of Trade Union's Right-safeguarding In Private Enterprises

With the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in 1978,the rapid development of private enterprises has brought economic and social benefits,but also led to a variety of labor and capital contradictions.As a basic duty to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers,trade union organizations are facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance for developing harmonious labor-capital relations in private enterprises to conduct in-depth analysis and Research on the functions of trade unions in safeguarding rights in private enterprises,and to put forward operable countermeasures in view of the problems and difficulties of safeguarding rights.This paper explains the importance of improving the trade union's function of safeguarding rights in private enterprises in light of the current situation of the development of private enterprises in China and the characteristics of labor relations.This paper chooses the trade unions of private enterprises in Z town of Kunshan City as the object of investigation,and describes the status quo of the trade unions' function of safeguarding rights in Z town by field research method.According to the theory of new institutionalism,this paper establishes an analytical framework of trade union's rights protection function in China,and analyses the existing problems and reasons of trade union's rights protection function in private enterprises from three perspectives of institutional environment,actors and action strategies.By using the theory of deliberative democracy and the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding concrete countermeasures to ensure the effective implementation of trade union rights protection functions in private enterprises.By investigating the status of trade unions' rights protection in private enterprises,analyzing the causes of existing problems and proposing corresponding solutions,this paper hopes to provide useful ideas and help for trade unions to ensure the implementation of rights protection functions,promote the institutional innovation of trade unions' rights protection in private enterprises,and build harmonious labor-capital relations in private enterprises in the future.
