The Study Of Private Enterprises On Trade Unions’ Function Development And Its Operation Mechanism

The functions of trade union are mainly reflected in these four aspects includingmaintenance, construction, participation, education. Giving full play to Trade Union’sRole is really meaningful for the coordination of labor relations, the development andexpansion of enterprises, the construction of a harmonious society. Along with thetransition from the planned economy to a market one, the survival environment ofEnterprise Union in the Era of Planned Economy has largely vanished; while whichin the time of market economy has not yet fully formed. This is especially embodiedin the private economy that has developed rapidly. Thus, in the context of transition,how to construct the theory of enterprise union under the new situation and study thefunction and operation mechanism of trade union, which have become attractive andintegration problem.We can find the general principal from the particular. While the generaldevelopment law of Enterprise Union is also drawn from the development experienceand lesson of each the local Enterprises Union. This article use a case study of theQuanzhou, where private economy is more developed. Through the overall study inthe Enterprise Union’s formation and function, and based on the analysis ofcorrelated data, key out the inner connection between the function and operationmechanism of Trade union. We also need to explore how to improve the performanceof Trade Union from the perspective of operation mechanism. The main contents ofthis paper is summarized as follows: First of all, on the basis of the research at homeand abroad, this paper first elaborated the Trade Union’s status and role of Privateenterprises, and make the relevant definition to the function content of Trade Union;Secondly, theory research needs empirical support. This section describes thedevelopment condition and operation mechanism of trade union in Quanzhou City.This paper analysis the main reason about the vacancy of trade union andemphatically discover the inner connection between the function and operationmechanism of Trade Union; finally, this part will focus on the asked questions. In view of this practical situation about Labor Union, we analyze how to improve theLabor-union’s function and operation mechanism in private enterprises, and putforward the relevant ideas and suggestions.
