The problem to get a job is not only the major economic issues,but also is the major social problem,and the reemployment of the unemployed has become an unavoidable focus in employment.In the group who lose their job,the “4050” unemployed account for a large proportion,and they are at a disadvantage in competitive employment.Therefore,realizing that the “4050” unemployed can have a job is the important point but difficult point for the unemployed people to gain a job again.Providing the public employment service for the “4050” unemployed become the important means that the government promotes them to get a job again.And the satisfaction evaluation the “4050” unemployed give to public employment service also become important indicator of Measuring the level of local government public employment services and testing the effectiveness of reemployment promotion.In fact,as providers of public employment services,we are not sure of the factors and levels that influence their satisfaction.The research takes the “4050” unemployed who come from Jinjiang District,one of the central urban areas of Chengdu as the target.According to the investigation,we can know the evaluation of public employment service satisfaction which are given by the “4050” unemployed to Jinjiang District,and can further analyze the factors to influence satisfaction and the degree of influence,from which we can come up with the countermeasures and advice to improve the satisfaction.The research sets up a validation model of satisfaction evaluation.Assuming that the “4050” unemployed giving evaluation of public employment service satisfaction was positively influenced by 17 variables in four dimensions: employment service policy,bidding mechanism,agency and service effectiveness,and that the demographic characteristics and career plan of the “4050” unemployed had no significant effect on the evaluation of public employment service satisfaction,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and factor analysis were carried out on the survey data by using SPSS software.According to the research,the “4050” unemployed generally feel satisfied for the public employment service in Jinjiang District,Chengdu.Its satisfaction was positively influenced by 11 variables in the three dimensions of public employment service policy,agency and service effectiveness,and the bid mechanism dimension and 6 variables did not directly affect the satisfaction evaluation.By analyzing the factor,extracting the policy of public employment service,agency,service effectiveness and service information publicity and other four public factors from 11 varieties which affect satisfaction of the public employment service.Expect the “4050” unemployed whose salary is more than 6000 every month give the evaluation of public employment service satisfaction is lower than other people who have different salary every month,sex,age,health status,educational level and other personal characteristics and occupational plans have no significant impact on the evaluation of public employment service satisfaction.In general,the “4050” unemployed are satisfied with the public employment service in Jinjiang District,but there are still a large number of people don't give satisfaction to above evaluation,which prove that there are still some shortcoming in the present public employment service in Jinjiang District.As a result,we should start from the factor that affects the satisfaction,such as the policies,agencies,effectiveness and information publicity of public employment services,etc.,take the effective measures and improve satisfaction of evaluation.The mechanism of application is related to the satisfaction of public employment service,maybe it will affect the satisfaction of evaluation indirectly but also come up with the measures to improve.
