With the rapid development of our economy, Chinese government transform itself from management government into service government, concentrating on the public service more and more. Employment is related to the essence of public life. Public employment service is one of the most important services that government provides. Nowadays our society is facing the transformation from planning economy system into market economy system. Thus our public employment service is also facing new challenges which come from workforce resource market. Analyzing the present condition of our public employment service, particularly the present condition of our county public employment service, helps to grasp macroscopic problems from microscopic angles, analyze how to improve our public employment service, advocate the employment of the poor and the difficult, alleviate the employment pressure of our country and improve the satisfaction of public employment service. This paper is based on Service Quality Gap Model, setting county Tianmen for an example, analyzing the present condition of our county public employment service satisfaction. And depending on the above, the author put forewords some measures to cope with how to improve the quality of our county public employment service.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is about the choosing cause of the theme. In this part, the author will make a brief introduction of the background, meaning and relevant problems of the paper. The second part is about the literature summary. In this part, the author will make a summary of public service satisfaction analyses around the world. The third part is a questionnaire of our county public employment service satisfaction. In this part, the author makes research from five different quality perception angles. The fourth part is about the fundamental causes of the above conditions. In this part, the author makes a deep analysis into county public employment service quality gaps from five different perspectives. The fifth part is strategic suggestions about how to improve the quality of our county public employment service quality. The last part is the major conclusions of the research and relevant expectation about future analysis.
