The Research Of Transformation In Thought Of Left Wing Associations During The May 4th Movement

The May 4th movement a hundred years ago marked the beginning of a new historical period for China's democratic revolution.This period was not only the most active period in modern Chinese history,but also the historical period when Chinese advanced intellectuals sought the way to save the country and the people.In order to realize the goal of saving the country and the people,advanced intellectuals set up various associations,some of which finally chose Marxism as the guiding ideology,and gradually became the early organizations of the local parties,giving birth to the communist party of China.The process of establishing the correct guiding ideology for these associations was not accomplished in one stroke,but was influenced by many factors and experienced the ideological transformation from improvement to revolution.Based on several typical left-wing groups as examples,this paper analyzes the short period of time after the May Fourth movement,and the guiding ideology changing history of these associations,to conclude that this kind of society thoughts transformation prepared for the creation of the communist party of China' thoughts,theory and the conditions of cadres,the Chinese people's choice of Marxism,the socialist road of the Chinese Communist Party,has the historical inevitability.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This chapter makes a detailed introduction of the origin and significance of the topic and the research status in China and abroad.The second part is an overview of the basic situation of the associations in the May Fourth period.First of all,it introduces that during the May 4th movement,there was an upsurge in the formation of associations in Chinese ideological and academic circles.Secondly,according to the ideological types,the main associations at that time were divided into the left wing type,the right wing type and the middle type.Finally,the relationship between the left wing associations and the communist party of China is introduced.The third part introduces the ideological transformation process of left-wing mass organizations in the may fourth period,which is divided into three stages.The first stage was the stage of radical democracy;The second stage of Utopian socialism;The third stage is the Marxist stage.The fourth part introduces the reasons for the ideological change of the left-wing associations in the May Fourth period,which is divided into three aspects.On the first hand,years of learning from the western practice of founding the nation made the advanced intellectuals realized the darkness of the government and the impossibility of democracy in China.The second aspect is the new ideological trend of the May 4th movement,that is,Marxism broke through the blockade and spreaded further in China,providing new inspiration for the advanced intellectuals.Third,the May 4th movement demonstrated the power of the masses and turned the community from a purely cultural movement to a political struggle.The fifth part introduces the significance of the ideological transformation of the left-wing mass organizations.The ideological transformation of the left-wing mass organizations has great influence on the further spreading of Marxism,the establishment of the Communist Party of China and the process of Chinese revolution.
