As an ideology,socialist morality is the centralized reflection of social politicsand economy during the socialist market economy.As the backbone of China's revolution,reform and construction,retired civil servants have great political prestige and moral prestige in family,unit and society.China has always attached great importance to the moral work of retired civil servants,and it has also exposed some problems while achieving some achievements.Based on questionnaire analysis and field research method as well as the retired civil servants moral practice in J province is analyzed,Through the analysis of the current situation and problems in the moral practice of retired civil servants in J province,we try to find ways to optimize the moral practice of retiring civil servants in J province and even nationwide.First of all,the paper presents the present situation of the moral practice of the retired civil servants in J province by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The provincial government attaches great importance to the moral practice of the retired civil servants,and has made some innovations according to local conditions,Actually barely satisfactory.This kind of poor performance focuses on the phenomenon of"knowing the difference" in the process of transforming moral cognition into moral practice.Secondly,the paper analyzes thee the moral practice work of the retired civil servants in J province in the cause of the "macmillan gap":from a macro point of view,the legal system moral education and team construction of the retired civil servant management system in the moral construction is not perfect;On the micro level,The retired civil servants lack of moral cultivation and enthusiasm for moral learning.Finally,By referring to the excellent cases in other regions,this paper tries to find a way to optimize the ideological and moral practice of retired civil servants in J province:first,build on the system before hand prior legislation,supervision,integrity of the ex post evaluation process;To construct the complete process of pre-legislation,supervision and post-evaluation in the system beforehand prior legislation,supervision,integrity of the ex post evaluation process;Secondly,in carrying out the work,we should improve the team construction,refine education content and enrich the form of activities,and integrate the moral practice work into the high quality cultural and recreational activities with teaching and entertainment.Third,retired civil servants themselves also want to study actively,the initiative to the party organization,improve moral knowledge,cultivate the moral emotion,moral will exercise,strengthen moral belief,moral habits.Through the joint efforts of the government and retired civil servants,the moral practice of retired civil servants is truly optimized.Anyhow,government should attaches great importance to give play to the unique advantages of the retired civil servants,insisting on the cause of the party and the people to add the value orientation of positive energy,give full play to the retired civil servant's subjective dynamic role in building a harmonious society,only in this way can we provide a solid cultural confidence and roads,build a harmonious moral environment to our country's socialist modernization construction.
