Research On The Construction Of Rural Cadre Ranks Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,clarifying that "we must adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development,and establish and improve urban and rural integration development mechanisms and policies in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living.System to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas ",and included the rural revitalization strategy as one of the seven national strategies in the Party Constitution.This is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core based on a decisive victory to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to build a strong socialist modernization nation.It is an inevitable requirement for achieving the goal of "two hundred years" and the common prosperity of all people."After the political line is determined,cadres are the decisive factor." The effective implementation of rural revitalization lies in rural grassroots cadres.Rural grassroots cadres are the ruling foundation and leadership of the party and governments at all levels in rural areas,and the backbone of rural economic and social development.The construction of rural grassroots cadres is the basic guarantee for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization and the key to maintaining rural stability and harmony.The strategy of rural revitalization puts forward new requirements for the construction of rural grassroots cadres,requiring them to "understand agriculture,love the countryside,and love farmers" and find their roles correctly.However,compared with the requirements of the Party Central Committee's rural revitalization strategy,the current situation of the construction of rural grassroots cadres is still unsuitable in many aspects.In view of this,this article uses Marxist theory of cadre team building,especially Xi Jinping's rural grassroots cadre team building ideas on rural revitalization strategy as a guide,and adopts research methods such as literature analysis,investigation and research,interdisciplinary and case analysis.It summarizes the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the rural revitalization strategy and grassroots cadre team construction,clarifies the importance of rural grassroots cadre team construction in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and elaborates the new requirements of the rural revitalization strategy for rural grassroots cadres.Through a lot of literature review,case analysis and data statistics,the main achievements and main problems of the construction of rural grassroots cadres in the context of my country's rural revitalization strategy are analyzed,and the reasons for the problems are further analyzed.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to further promote the construction of ruralgrassroots cadres under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This article hopes that through the analysis and exploration of the rural grassroots cadre team building under the background of rural revitalization strategy,it will provide a useful reference for the practice of rural grassroots cadre team building at this stage.
