Under the call of the Nineteenth National Congress of China,it is urgent for enterprises to participate social governance.In order to promote sustainable development and maintain market competitiveness,enterprises should not only have responsibility to abundant material resources,but also actively assume social responsibility.It is a trend for enterprises to participate in charitable public welfare by initiating foundations,and to rationally use human resources.So,how to promote the maximum effectiveness of corporate foundations,will become more important.The most important factor affecting the performance of corporate foundations is the staff motivation.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the factors that affect the employee incentives of enterprise foundations by the theory of Four assumption about human nature & the theory of Incentive compatibility.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature and related incentive theories,this paper analyses the characteristics of employees of enterprise foundations,and determines of the factors affecting employees' incentives of enterprise foundations by questionnaires and personal interviews.The empirical results show that the three factors have significant effects on employees' incentives.And try to put forward a new staff incentive scheme,in the practice of optimizing the incentive mechanism of enterprise foundations.Based on the further analysis of the factors affecting the motivation of employees in enterprise foundations,and combining with the occupational characteristics of employees in enterprises,this paper put a set of workable motivation schemes for employees.The new incentive scheme mainly covers the following contents: First,tooptimize the incentive system at the material level;Second,to improve and construct the spirit incentive system;Third,to formulate the performance appraisal scheme at the career development level;Fourth,to advocate the diversified incentives,and specially to design the corresponding performance appraisal methods,and also make the policy recommendations.
