Research On China's Infrastructure Investment In ASEAN Countries From The Perspective Of The Belt And Road Initiative

After 1990 s,China's rapid economic development,and southeast Asian countries increasingly close ties.At the beginning of the 21 st century,Yunnan and Guangxi put forward the development strategies with the purpose of strengthening connectivity with ASEAN and promoting regional cooperation through the development of transportation infrastructure.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China has attached greater importance to its neighborhood diplomacy.ASEAN has naturally become a major target of China's cooperation,and the two sides have begun to deepen their strategic partnership for peace and prosperity.At present,China's economy is in a new normal,which requires both a decline in the saving and investment rates to a certain extent and a certain level of economic growth.It needs both economic restructuring to promote economic transformation and industrial development and unemployment control.The need to expand domestic demand and jumpstart the consumption engine as much as possible as well as to control credit risks means that China's economy is in a state of multiple contradictions.In response,the consensus is: invest more.In recent years,with the development of economy and social progress,Chinese enterprises have increased the investment scale of overseas large-scale energy and transportation infrastructure projects.Infrastructure research and development is a part of economic cooperation between China and ASEAN.This paper studies China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN.This paper analyzes the current situation and investment path of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN,analyzes the achievements and characteristics of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN countries,clarifies the existing problems of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN,and puts forward some suggestions.The specific content is that the first chapter defines the concept of infrastructure and expounds the public product attributes of infrastructure.The second chapter first analyzes the current investment situation of ASEAN countries,leads to the path of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN,and further analyzes the effects and characteristics of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN countries.The third chapter is the key chapter,analyzing the difficulties and reasons of China's infrastructure investment in ASEAN.The fourth chapter is case analysis.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions aiming at the existing problems in investment,hoping to have a positive effect on the infrastructure cooperation between China and ASEAN.
