Civil servant training is the basic and strategic work for building a high-quality civil servant team.It is an important way to improve the political and professional qualities of civil servants and enhance work efficiency.It is to promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promote sustained and healthy development of economic society,and achieve national governance.Strong talent support for modernizing the system and governance capabilities.China is currently in an era of rapid change,and the general environment of various public organizations has also undergone tremendous changes.It is necessary to solve all the problems of coexistence in the development period and the contradiction highlighting period,but also face new situations and new media development.The new challenges brought about by public governance have put forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of civil servants.This is especially true of grassroots civil servants in underdeveloped areas in the Midwest.Because they often face the masses directly and serve the masses,their words,deeds and efficiency are directly displayed in front of the masses.If the quality of the grass-roots civil servants is not high,the masses will doubt or even rule the ruling ability of the ruling party and government.dissatisfied.Therefore,it is very important to improve the training of grassroots civil servants.At present,China's civil servant training has many more mature experiences in economically developed areas,but it is relatively lagging in economically underdeveloped areas.The education and training work is affected and restricted by various factors,and the effectiveness is relatively insignificant.Based on this reality Background,this article attempts to investigate and analyze the current problems of civil servant training in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City,and the causes of these problems,and propose corresponding countermeasures for these reasons in order to be able to Provide some ideas for improving the training of civil servants in the district.There are six chapters in this article.First,the importance of civil servant training is summarized,the conditions for recruiting and recruiting talents in recent years are analyzed,and related theories such as new public management theory,cognitive guidance learning theory,and public human resource management are described.Secondly,taking civil servant training in Jiangyang District of Luzhou City as the research object,the outstanding problems in the training work of the district are studied,including five aspects.First,the training content is not targeted and effective,and second,the training form is more Single,the third is weak teachers with comprehensive qualities,the fourth is the lack of attention to training and the lack of enthusiasm for training,and the fifth is insufficient training funds.Then analyze and discuss the causes of these problems and their existence,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through this study,I hope to provide some reference for the training of civil servants in Jiangyang District of Luzhou City in the future,and even the training of grassroots civil servants in similar areas in China.
