Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System Of Public Security Bureau

At present,the society is constantly developing and changing,computer technology has also been greatly developed,also applied to all walks of life,improve the efficiency of many industries.Ap plying a computer management model at work has had a huge impact on existing business processes and introduced new management models for many industries.For the personnel management work of the Public Security Bureau,relying on traditional manual managem ent methods,due to the large amount of materials,the time and human and material resources required are relatively large,and such work is prone to errors.In addition,the manual management makes it necessary for the relevant materials to flow more time,which is unfavorable for the data security of the Public Security Bureau.In view of the above analysis,this thesis proposes to develop the personnel management system of the Public Security Bureau,using computer technology to provide information means to manage personnel-related affairs.By computerizing personnel work,it is possible to reduce the circulation time of related materials,which is helpful for improving confidentiality.In addition,the staff of the Public Security Bureau need to perform field work,which makes the attendance work difficult to implement.In response to this problem,the system studied in this paper uses the combination of Beidou positioning and base station positioning to provide an outdoor check-in function,which is convenient for sign-in work in mobile phones.In the personnel management system of the Public Security Bureau developed in this paper,through the informatization of personnel management work,the paperless process of the relevant work of the Public Security Bureau is promoted,and the level of informatization is improved.The location-based technology is used to realize the sign-in function of the field staff of the Public Security Bureau,and to solve the problem of difficulty in performance evaluation of fi eld personnel.The safety of positioning data is ensured by using Beidou technology.The transmission of network data is further ensured by encrypting the transmission information.Improve the personnel management system of the Public Security Bureau throu gh the use of several technologies.The development language used in this system is java,follow the J2 EE specification,and use the SSH framework.Thereby developing a stable and efficient personnel management system of the Public Security Bureau.The mob ile APP is developed using the Android platform,which is convenient to use and has low learning cost.The simulation test of the system also proves that the system developed in this paper is powerful and easy to use,which is very helpful for improving th e efficiency of personnel work.By developing the personnel management system of the Public Security Bureau,the level of informatization of the Public Security Bureau can be improved,which is conducive to more work using information technology,and also has many social significances.
