A Study On The Construction Of Police Auxiliary Personnel Management System In Ordos Public Security Bureau

The auxiliary police force is a new force since the reform and opening up,and is one of the reform measures taken by the public security organs to cope with the shortage of police force.Taking Ordos as an example,this paper analyzes the development process of police auxiliary teams,and believes that this is an effective way for public security organs to have real strength.However,the management system of its auxiliary police personnel has not been perfected in time with the rapid expansion of the auxiliary police personnel,so that some problems have occurred in the operation process.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the management system of auxiliary police personnel.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted to study the cognition of the auxiliary police officers of the municipal public security bureau on the current management system,analyze the defects of the current management system,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Based on the theory of institutional change,this paper draws lessons from the dom estic scholars' research on the management system of police auxiliary personnel and forms a questionnaire on the management system of police auxiliary personnel in Ordos city.Through data analysis,it is believed that the management system of police auxiliary personnel in this city should be improved in terms of wages and benefits,rest,training,professional knowledge and legal knowledge,and the characteristics of ethnic minorities,etc.Then,on this basis,combined with the local characteristics of Ordos and the devel opment process of police auxiliary teams,suggestions for system improvement are put fo rward in terms of recruitment training,professional knowledge and legal knowledge,wages and benefits,rest system and characteristics of ethnic minorities,and the future devel opment of police auxiliary teams in Ordos is prospected.I hope that through this study,we can build a management system that conforms to the development of the police au xiliary team of Ordos public security organs,and promote the police auxiliary personnel of Ordos public security organs to play a greater role in maintaining social security stability and serving social development.
