Research On Government Behavior In The Implementation Of Rural Centralized Housing Policy In Zhaotun Town

Centralized living in rural areas is a measure led by local governments in order to deal with contradictions in rural development.This article takes this opportunity to study the behavior of local governments during the implementation of this measure.The analysis object of this thesis is W Village,Zhaotun Town,Dangshan County,Suzhou City,Anhui Province.The selected research method is a combination of questionnaire survey and literature reference.This paper consists of six parts.First of all,it narrates the topic selection and the significance of the research,clarifies the domestic and foreign analysis situation related to the centralized residence and government behavior,and briefly analyzes the ideas,structure and methods of this paper.Secondly,the related concepts and basic theories are elaborated.Thirdly,it summarizes the policy and behavior policy of local government and the related satisfaction analysis.Again introduced the improper place that the local government produces when controlling the centralized residence,for example,the local government despises the public service and the administrative management function and so on.The basic reason for the improper behavior of local governments lies in the unscientific concept of development,the absence or imperfection of relevant mechanisms,and the incomplete transformation of local government functions.In addition,the paper analyzes the Enlightenment of the domestic and foreign rural reconstruction cases to the development of government work in the process of centralized residence.At last,the paper expounds the solution to improve the local government behavior.In the process of rural concentrated residence,the local government optimizes its behavior by perfecting and innovating the public management mechanism,setting up the scientific development concept,planning the construction layout in an all-round way,and further reforming the functions of the government.
