Research On The Management Of Public Service Information Platform In Huai'an District

The invention of computer,the continuous updating of information technology,the continuous upgrading of mass data storage and data processing technology,the era of big data is coming,the huge data resources produced so that many fields can't be ignored,for the initial use of data,various industries have achieved amazing results.In recent years,the government has been aiming at building a service-oriented government and improving the supply capacity of public services.The rapid development of big data has made the government begin to pay attention to and use information technology such as the Internet and cloud computing in order to bring new opportunities for the development of public services.Although the achievements in the construction of basic public services are gratifying,the Huai'an District Government is in charge of the information management of basic public services.Based on public service,big data and other related concepts,this paper analyzes the development status of public service information platform in Huai'an District,analyzes the classic cases of public service information platform management in the United States,Britain and Singapore,and puts forward the existing problems.In view of the problems in the management of public service information platforms,the analysis is mainly due to the lack of big data thinking of decision makers,the lack of legal protection of information platform management,the low level of professional technology and supervision,and the low quality of management personnel.The five perspectives of thinking,providing legal guarantees,improving platform hardware construction,strengthening information platform supervision,and ensuring professional personnel training put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development and improvement of the management of public service information platforms in Huaian District.Among them,the article especially aims at the local public service information platform management predicament,develops "the Internet+ government service" the tendency in the whole country potential,to provide a perfect platform to make research.There are 3 figures,1 table and 52 references in this paper.
