Under the background of building a service-oriented government and deepening the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,government affairs service center emerges as a new governance model.It provides the public with a new "one-stop-shop" experience by pooling some of the executive power of government departments,it has become the forefront of the interaction between the government and the public.It has played a positive role in saving the cost of public affairs,transforming the government functions,improving the style of government organs and improving the administrative efficiency.As the platform for communication between the government and the citizens,how to provide enterprises and the public with more convenient efficient and high-quality government services,it has become an important research topic faced by government service centers in each city.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to further explore and solve the problems encountered in the service management of government affairs service centers,so as to accelerate the construction of government affairs service centers to better respond to the actual needs of service-oriented government construction,and further improve people's sense of gain and happiness.In this article,the author first analyzes in detail the concept of government affairs service center and establish theoretical foundation,and review our country government affairs service center from the establishment to the development of the four main stages,and describes the positive role of government affairs service center,in this basis,the author selected S district government affairs service center in Huai'an city as the research object,Through the comprehensive application of literature research,field visits,individual interviews,centralized discussion and other methods,this paper elaborated on the current situation of the service management of the government affairs service center of s district in Huai'an city,and looked into the problems existing in the service management,such as:insufficient business scope expanding,"government affairs services online" popularization utilization rate is low,window staff service quality is not high,center service supervision and the effect is not obvious and so on,analyze the causes of the problem in detail.By learning from advanced government affairs service center service management practices at home and abroad,combines the actual conditions of S district government affairs service center,brings forward countermeasures:Firstly,On the basis of standardizing the existing services in the center window,the center actively explores and practices diversified service forms,so as to realize that the center maximally provides the public with diversified and convenient government services under the condition of limited physical area.Secondly,increase the publicity and promotion of "government affairs service online" in rural areas,improve the system function to.ensure it truly play an important role in rural areas.Thirdly,by fighting for the management right of the window staff,stimulating.the service enthusiasm of the staff in multiple ways and increasing the business training of the window staff,the service level of the window staff is constantly improved to better provide services to the public.Fourth,carry out multi-channel service supervision,the center can timely find problems and shortcomings and rectification,so as to continuously improve the level of service management.
