Analysis Of Economic Growth And Industrial Structure Effect Of Pension Services In Hebei Province

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's aging population,increasing aging population,it is not only a serious social problem,but also brings opportunities for the development of pension services industry that called "silver industry".As an important part in the service sector,pension services industry has become a sunrise industry with huge potential for development,It can not only solve the "aging problem" from the social aspect,moreover,it can stimulate economic growth and optimize industrial structure from the economic aspect,thereby generating relatively large economic benefits and having a high economic value.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the regions in China that has entered the aging society earlier,the development of pension service industry is worth discussing.In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper analyzes the economic growth and industrial structure effect of the pension service industry in Hebei province.Firstly,the relevant concepts are sorted out,and the basic connotation of the old-age service industry to be studied in this paper is clarified.At the same time,the four theories,such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs,population aging,Marx's reproduction and industrial economics,have been established as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,quantitative and qualitative analysis in the context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,the development status,opportunities and existing problems of the pension service industry in Hebei province;Third,use the quadratic index smooth forecast method and panel models,by constructing econometric model to empirically,the endowment effect on economic growth and industrial structure of service industry in Hebei province were analyzed.Finally,combining with the results of empirical analysis,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the pension service industry in Hebei province: firstly,the effective demand of the elderly is increased;secondly,promote the old-age pension work for the elderly in Beijing and Tianjin;thirdly,strengthen the training of the pension service talents in Hebei province;fourthly,expand the financing channel of pension service industry in Hebei province;fifthly,accelerate the industrial optimization and upgrading of pension service industry in Hebei province.
