Research On Data Fusion Of Foreign Policing Based On Anti-terrorism

From the perspective of the development of foreign-related management in China,the public security organ has always been responsible for the relevant management work.With the improvement of the degree of opening up of the country,the difficulty of foreign-related management is also increasing.At the same time,regional violent terrorist events occur frequently in the world.The scope of activities of terrorist forces continues to expand,and the means of implementation are also developing towards the direction of network and digitalization,which poses a terrorist threat to the foreign-related management departments of all countries in the world.Therefore,China is facing increasing pressure of "foreign affairs" and "counter-terrorism".How to do well the anti-terrorism work in the field of foreign policing has become an urgent problem to be solved by the public security organs.The important supporting point of counter-terrorism work is counter-terrorism intelligence.In order to improve the anti-terrorism ability of foreign policing,the key link is to realize the sharing and integration of foreign policing and anti-terrorism intelligence data.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of anti-terrorism intelligence research,foreign policing research and police data fusion research at home and abroad,puts forward the idea of combining public security cloud platform with data fusion theory to build a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion platform for foreign-related and anti-terrorism,and then strengthens the anti-terrorism intelligence ability of foreign policing.Secondly,by analyzing the forms and causes of terrorism related challenges faced by foreign policing and the weak links in related work,this paper points out the problems existing in the fields of "foreign" and "anti-terrorism".First,there are barriers in data sharing;second,the multi-source and heterogeneous data cannot be effectively processed and applied.Combined with the current situation of public security big data construction,under the theoretical framework of "data fusion",the paper selects "cloud technology","big data technology","Web3.0" as the theoretical and technical basis to build a foreign police data fusion platform based on anti-terrorism.The platform is based on the cloud computing framework,using Hadoop big data platform for architecture,and combining with the current advanced Internet of things means,to achieve the fusion processing of foreign police multi-source heterogeneous data based on anti-terrorism,and then preliminarily realize the data fusion and application in technology.Based on the data fusion and sharing platform proposed in this paper,the risk control and real-time early warning of domestic and foreign personnel involved in terrorism are preliminarily realized.
