Legal Principle Analysis About The Political Identity Of Feminism

The development of feminist theory in China doesn't have a long history,and the feminist interpretation of Sovkoles' s play "Antigone" shows us the long history of women being oppressed,and the "new women" without political identity cannot change history.The doctrine of patriarchy,which excludes women from public understanding and confined them in the private sphere?What's more,men have undergone a long-term ideological transformation of women,and they call it "femininity" and have "disciplined" women according to their needs for a long time.Under the influence of this ideology,the law is inevitably more biased towards the interests of men,so its gender is questioned,which feminist criticism judge the gender of the law is male.Just as labor is exploited in Marxist perspectives,so are women.This article starts with the analysis for "Antigone" and interprets it from a feminist perspective.It believes that the tragedy of Antigone mainly results from the lack of female political identity,and this paper will also study its consequence and reason on theoretical level,and further elaborates the evaluation of Antigone's political identity by Hegel,Lacan,Irigaray,and Butler respectively,reaffirm the importance of female political identity,and summarize the two ways of acquired political identity and its limitations.Finally,it will attempt to comprehensively summarize Marxism and feminism,and conclude that returning to public labor is the core and foundation for women to regain their of political identity.China has always been committed to gender equality,but because of the long-term political marginalization status in law,women can not get a voice for themselves,resulting in a series of female problems,which lack enough public attention and essential solution.The importance of pursuing equality between men and women,as well as female political identity is obvious,and modern social labor is the most important means to change their political status.If we apply Marxist methodology to discuss the way out of feminism,it will proves that eliminating gender division of social labor for equality between men and women is very important.Today,in terms of the background of the globalization and Intelligentialization of market economy,women taking?the initiative to occupy the intelligent market for China's transition to the rule of the law?construction of socialism?has some enlightenment significance.
