In recent years, the civil servants occupation for a stable work environment and salary standard, has become one of the popular occupation choice. In 2015,the national civil servant exam have 1280000 people through the registration system.It proves that the popularity of the civil service jobs. In the civil service, there are more than ninety percent of the grass-roots civil servants, they face the masses, assume most of the work of the govemment.From another perspective, their level and service attitude determines the government’s image among the masses. However, due to the occupation burnout exists widely in the ranks of employees, the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment.Not only to their own, but also to the local government has brought a greater negative impact.This article is based on theoretical research, combined with the grass-roots civil servants Occupation Burnout Questionnaire and case study, found that the occupation burnout phenomenon exists in the grassroots civil servants. Based on the theory of motivation-hygiene factors as a tool, analyzes the cause of the grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout, and discusses respectively.The last is based on motivation-hygiene theorys puts forward relevant suggestions for how to solve the problem of the grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout.
