With the acceleration of China's urbanization process, the area and spatial appearance of urban areas have undergone unprecedented changes and reorganizations. The construction of large-scale urban new areas, economic and technological development zones, and industrial parks has come at the expense of rural suburbs.“Uprooting” and “removing villages and living together” have been staged nationwide, and “returning communities” for the purpose of resettlement of landless farmers have begun to appear in large numbers. The space is engraved with the multi-directional role and various characters of man and society, man and nature, and reflects the whole of human life. From "diaspora" to "settlers",from "peasants" to "citizens",this means not only the dual changes in living space and status, but also the demise of traditional public space, the reorganization of social space, the imbalance of cultural and psychological space, the Internet Space is fully embedded in local space, and other new phenomena are concentratedly presented. In the face of such a large-scale spatial reorganization, most land-lost farmers are unable to establish a sense of belonging to the returning community due to slow social adaptation and insufficient adaptation time, because of the inertia of traditional lifestyles and cultural practices, parabolic altitudes, property disputes, neighborhood conflicts,Misbehavior of network behaviors such as governance of returning communities have emerged. Many governance problems in the resettlement communities begin with the rapid urbanization process, which is rooted in the reorganization of urban space led by the government 's single subject, which has led to the rapid disintegration of the people 's daily living space. In the process, the land-losing farmers lacked participation in the construction of the resettlement community to a certain extent Power,decision-making power and action. From the perspective of theory and practice, the governance of returning communities from a spatial perspective should not only seethe "urbanized" nature of returning residents, but also critically analyze the process of community spatial reorganization, adhere to the in-depth interaction of multiple subjects, and optimize the structure of community rights To fully protect the space rights of residents and promote the maximization of social fairness and justice. As an inherent requirement for the refinement of community governance, community micro-governance can promote residents' autonomy through multiple cooperation, effectively alleviate the lack of endogenous motivation in urban communities, improve the degree of community organization, and improve the structure of community rights and the supply of resources. The disadvantaged resettled communities and their residents have obvious power-enhancing and energy-utilizing effects, and show strong spatial justice. This paper selects the K Park relocation community in Binhu New District of Hefei as a field research point, and from the perspective of spatial sociology, describes the development status based on the spatial reorganization of the K Park relocation community, from physical space, social space, cultural space, and cyberspace. From other perspectives,we examined the spatial manifestations of the governance dilemma of the relocated community, mainly including: outstanding quality of living space, irrational supply of public space, prominent violations of public space violations, squeezing autonomous spaces for residents, rationalization of neighborhood space,The "alienation" of living space, spatial separation suggesting different identities, and it is difficult to protect the rights and interests of residents in online life.Based on this, further summarize the positive results of the K Park community 's micro-governance practice exploration, including: micro-governance logic reconstructed with multidimensional empowerment for community space, and“five microservices into buildings” for community space production Practice path. The thesis analyzes the value of spatial justice of "micro-governance" in the context of the spatial reorganization of the K Park community, discusses thetheoretical and practical connotations of micro-governance such as "multi-dimensional empowerment" and "five micro-services" into the building, and based on the spatial perspective of K The deficiencies and reasons of the micro-governance of the relocated community in the park are analyzed, and specific strategies for the optimization of the micro-governance of the relocated community are given. This article believes that actors in the micro-government of the K-Park return community should establish a sense of "space",adhere to party building, lead multi-subjects and co-governance,educate professional social workers internally and externally, mobilize residents' active participation with multi-culture,and use information technology as a necessity Governance tools, promote online and offline integrated governance, smart governance,multi-pronged approach, through the delicate governance of community services, fully realize the restructuring and integration of multi-dimensional space, consolidate the community identity of returning residents, and slam the returning communities "Good governance" knockers.
