In the past year,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has reached a new level of attention and concern for the development of the cause of the disabled.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "To build a well-off society in an all-round way,there must be no disabled person." At the same time,in the opening speech of the "Belt and Road" summit forum,he emphasized: "Close communication between women,youth,disabled people and other groups to promote inclusive development." As an important part of the cause of the disabled,employment of the disabled has attracted wide attention from all sides.Disabled people are excluded in the job market due to lack of physical functions.Disabled women bear the two labels of "disabled" and "female",which puts them on the margins of society.The labeled social environment and competitive The market environment is a huge obstacle to their employment.The employment of women with disabilities directly affects their social participation,and it is necessary to study the employment capacity of women with disabilities as the research theme.This article takes the employment capacity of disabled women in urban communities as the research theme,and conducts field surveys with F community in Hefei as the field survey site.Through an in-depth investigation of the employment situation of disabled women,it is found that the insufficient employment ability of disabled women is an important reason affecting the employment of disabled women.Based on the theory of empowerment,study how to improve the employment capacity of women with disabilities to help women with disabilities out of their predicament.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,introducing the background and significance,research status,concept definition,research ideas and research methods of the research on the employability of disabled women in urban communities.The second chapter is the employment status of disabled women in F community of Hefei City.Through investigation,the employment situation of disabled women in F community is introduced.The problems in the employment of disabled women are found.Through the analysis of employment problems,the employment of disabled women is obtained.Inability to conclude.Chapter 3 studies the employability of disabledwomen from the macro,meso and micro dimensions,and analyzes the factors that affect the employability of disabled women in the F community,mainly due to the double squeeze of disability factors and gender factors,the exclusion of the external environment and disability Women 's low self-identity,lack of accessibility resources and limited support from functional departments.The fourth chapter combines the perspective of empowerment,from the perspective of macro-policy support system construction-empowerment and empowerment,meso-environmental level of burden reduction and empowerment,and micro-level self-energization,to study the promotion of employability of disabled women in urban communities.The quality of life and development space of disabled women deserve attention,and it is particularly important to improve the employment capacity of disabled women.This paper investigates the employment status of disabled women in the F community of Hefei and combines the perspective of empowerment of social work.Enhancing energy to improve the employment capacity of women with disabilities,hoping to make their own contributions to the research on employment capacity of women with disabilities in urban communities...
