Study On Rural Public Security Prevention And Control In Taihe County Of Anhui Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The construction of new urbanization is an important strategic deployment made by the party and the country in keeping with the development of the times.It is a necessary way for modernization.It is an important way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural,and farmers.It provides a powerful driving force for economic development and social progress.But,with the deepening of new urbanization,profound changes have taken place in the economic structure,interest pattern,population structure,social psychology and other aspects of rural society,and a series of new problems and situations have emerged in rural social public security.However,rural public security prevention and control has shown a larger lag.How to strengthen the prevention and control of public security in rural areas,reduce unstable factors,avoid public security risks,and maintain rural social stability are important issues that the government and academia need to solve urgently.It is of great significance to thoroughly and comprehensively study the relevant theories and practical problems of rural public security prevention and control construction in order to cope with the increasingly severe public security situation and ensure the smooth progress of new urbanization.This article takes the perspective of new urbanization,based on system theory,governance theory and risk society theory,through in-depth literature review,field research,questionnaire survey,unstructured interviews and other methods to deeply analyze the prevention and control of rural public security in Taihe County.The rural social public security in Taihe County is mainly faced with challenges such as frequent incidence of theft,rampant new-type fraud,rampant evil forces,active cult organizations and increased mass incidents.Therefore,Taihe County has carried out useful practical explorations in the aspects of implementing the police mode of "one village,one auxiliary police",building a diversified dispute resolution mechanism,promoting the construction of "three networks project",taking multiple measures to crack down on "pornography,gambling and drugs?" and improving the management and control mechanism of the mental patients.However,under the background of new urbanization,the rural public security prevention and control in Taihe County still has difficulties,mainly including the weak power of the main body of public security prevention and control,the presented new state of the object of public security prevention and control,the blocked public security information network,the serious phenomenon of rural hollowing out,and the lack of rural social culture.This study combines theoretical knowledge,investigation and research with rural reality,and proposes specific countermeasures to improve rural public security prevention and control in Taihe County under the background of new urbanization,including deepening the construction of a multi-agent collaborative participation system,establishing an improving the response mechanism of prevention and control objects,relying on big data technology to strengthen intelligence information leading policing strategy,vigorously promoting the construction of rural communities and strengthen the construction of rural social spiritual culture.As the first batch of national pilot areas for new urbanization,Taihe County has a certain degree of representativeness.Through in-depth analysis and discussion of the rural security public prevention and control construction in Taihe County under the background of new urbanization,in order to guide and improve Taihe County's rural public security prevention and control work,and further enrich the research on rural public security prevention and control in the process of new urbanization to provide reference for other nationwide rural areas that promote new urbanization to carry out public security prevention and control research.
