Pickpocketing,theft and other multiple financial crimes are related to the vital interests of the people,their existence seriously affects social security and the safety of the people's property,and also reduces the people's sense of security and satisfaction.Prevention and the fight against pickpockets,multiple sexual crimes against property such as theft has always been an important concern of the public security organs work,along with the development of the urbanization process,small and medium-sized city rich flourishing degree and will greatly enhance the comprehensive strength,crime types,tend to be complicated,increased the number of crime,but small and medium-sized city public security departments have police resources co.,LTD.,detection equipment and technology means more can't work with large and medium-sized cities of the public security organ,and therefore an urgent need to further understand and grasp pickpocketing,theft and other multiple characteristics and regularity of sexual crimes against property,thus targeted deployment related work,To some extent,the research on the multiple financial crimes such as pickpocketing and theft in small and medium-sized cities can provide a theoretical basis for local public security to make decisions.Based on the typical representative of small and medium-sized city Dongying district of Dongying city downtown area as the study area,from reducing the loss of people's property and guide the local public security organ to develop targeted prevention from the view of the crackdown is based on activity theory,rational choice theory and the theory of social disorder and other related theory,combined with Dongying district built environment and social environment,using statistical analysis,kernel density estimation method,space-time hot methods of matrix theory,the four categories of2017-2018 in the area of multiple sex case against property respectively analyzes the law of time,space,the analysis of the law,And the hot spot symbiosis analysis of all kinds of cases,describes the distribution law and characteristics of four kinds of cases in time and space,and summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of urban spatial distribution.The results showed that,in terms of the time distribution of multiple financial assault cases in Dongying city,the number of financial assault cases in spring and winter festivals was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn seasons,and the number of financial assault cases in weekends was significantly higher than that in weekdays.In terms of spatial distribution,crime hotspots show the characteristics of clustering in the commercial center and downtown residential area,and change dynamically with the distribution of seasons,dates and time periods.Through the analysis of the hot spots of different types of cases,it is determined that there is a strong symbiosis in pickpocketing,burglary,theft of goods inside cars and theft of electric cars.Finally,based on the characteristics of the spatial symbiosis and the environmental structure of the case,the criminal symbiosis mechanism is established based on the theory of daily activities,the theory of rational choice and the theory of social disorder.According to the results of the study,in combination with the practical situation of the study area of public security work,put forward the targeted and feasible preventing and cracking down on crimes against property multiple cases of the key measures,including according to different types of criminality "month","week" and "hour" and the rational allocation of police force during,in combination with characteristics of 4 cases in the distribution of urban space optimization patrol route,etc.The study on the urban symbiosis spatial characteristics and hot symbiosis of multiple financial assault cases in this paper can provide a new perspective for the public security organs to formulate measures to prevent and combat crimes,and play a positive role in optimizing and improving the prevention and crackdown measures of local public security organs against these four types of financial assault cases.
