Research On The Realization Path Of Rural Revitalization And Rule Of Law

The construction of rural rule of law is an important foundation of rule of law in China,and also the basic condition for the realization of Rural Revitalization.In 2018,the No.1central document put forward the concept of "building a rule of law countryside" for the first time,which showed that the rule of law is the inherent requirement of the strategy of revitalizing the countryside in China.At present,it is in the period of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.Rural Revitalization is the ideal goal of rural governance,and the rule of law is an essential element of Rural Revitalization.In order to achieve the ideal goal,the main body of governance should adhere to the use of legal means,legal thinking and legal methods to find and solve problems,so as to achieve the settlement of disputes and problems without departing from the track of the rule of law,balance the interests of all parties,and truly realize the revitalization of the rule of law and modernization of the countryside.At present,village rules and regulations as the basic rules and regulations,villagers as the main body of rural governance,judicial security mechanism as an essential part of the revitalization of the rule of law in rural areas.How to achieve the balance between autonomy and rule of law by regulating village rules and regulations,how to guarantee villagers' rights through democratic election,decision-making and how to improve the rural judicial mechanism are of great significance to realize the revitalization of the rule of law in rural areas,but there are still many deficiencies in this area.In the process of rule of law in China,we should inherit the experience of rural governance in China and draw useful resources to promote the development of rural governance towards the direction of rule of law.These are not only important for the research of rural governance,but also for the construction of rule of law in China.In the context of the national strategy of rural revitalization,by using case analysis,literature research and other methods,this paper explores the realization of the rule of law in Rural Revitalization from four paths: the benign interaction between village rules and regulations and the rule of law,the improvement of democratic decision-making procedures to ensure the rights of villagers,the protection of democratic elections in rural areas against the use of power for personal gain,and the improvement of rural judicial security mechanism.It is of great value to better solve the problems existing in rural areas.This paper tries to improve the rural governance through the above-mentioned four paths of Rural Revitalization and legalization,and help the country realize the great strategy of Rural Revitalization as soon as possible.
