A Study On The Government Function In The Development Of Ecotourism

Based on the ecological tourism resources,ecotourism is a kind of sustainable development mode,which aims to protect the environment,save resources,maintain the ecological balance,promote the harmonious development of human and nature,and take into account the economic,social and ecological benefits.Ecotourism is a new way of tourism,which attracts more and more people.As far as Hongze is concerned,it is adjacent to Hongze Lake,with rich ecological environment resources and historical and cultural landscape,and has abundant resources and natural advantages in the development of ecotourism.With the development of several years,the ecotourism industry has become an important part of Hongze's economy and society,and Hongze government has played an important role in promoting the development of ecotourism.The important research topics that Hongze ecotourism related departments are facing are as follows: with the advent of the tide of comprehensively deepening reform and building a service-oriented government,what role should the government play,what to do,what not to do and how to do in the development of ecotourism.In this paper,based on the practice of developing ecotourism in Hongze district and the characteristics of ecotourism,the current situation,existing problems and causes of the government's functions in promoting the development of ecotourism in Hongze district are systematically combed and analyzed by using the theory of government intervention.In addition,in this paper,by drawing on the advanced experience of developing ecotourism in Australia,the United States,Japan and other countries,the suggestions and measures of government function optimization in Hongze District in ecotourism are put forward,including: giving full play to the role of public management,strengthening macro-control,enhancing market supervision,and expanding the scope of public services;further improving the level of ecotourism development in Hongze District,promoting the leapfrog development of Hongze and realizing the beautiful blueprint of building a new modern lakeside ecotourism city as soon as possible.
