Special patrol police,as a new force of the police force,plays an increasingly important role in dealing with major mass incidents and emergencies.However,with the continuous development of society,the problem of insufficient handling power has gradually emerged.Although the adoption of social oriented recruitment of auxiliary police has alleviated the problem of insufficient personnel to a certain extent,there is no ready-made model for team management It can be used for reference that the existing evaluation mechanism of the general auxiliary police is lack of scientificity and accuracy,which has produced a series of disadvantages in operation.There are still some working modes in the auxiliary police team,and the phenomenon of the auxiliary police team members living in a mess is not unique.As the current heavy business work does not match the original evaluation mechanism and incentive means,the phenomenon of uneven busy and leisure,uneven bitterness and happiness is becoming more and more serious,which seriously affects the long-term development of special patrol police.Although the academic research on the management theory of the auxiliary police has made some achievements,the management theory of the auxiliary police is still in the basic theoretical construction stage,mainly focusing on the normative and institutional research.For the auxiliary management of the patrol special police,there are few theoretical research results,so the establishment of a scientific,normative and effective management and evaluation mechanism in line with the management theories,combined with the case study of Nantong special patrol police branch building the integral system management mode of the auxiliary police team,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the practice of the integral system management of the auxiliary police team of the special patrol police from different levels by using the method of theoretical research,questionnaire
