| With the social transformation in China,the original social structure has been greatly changed,and social contradictions have gradually become prominent.Not only does the "three rural issues" exist,but also many new demands and contradictions have emerged.For the grassroots letters and visits department,the problems in the work are mainly reflected in the problems of large maintenance pressure,backward working methods,high repeat letter and visit rate,and low mass satisfaction.In response to these phenomena,some related reform measures are proposed.The development of grassroots letters and visits plays an important role in the handling of social conflicts and helps promote the harmonious development of society.For this purpose,we work hard to research and explore,and seek a more perfect working mode for letters and visits.This article takes S city and S county as an example,and combines the author’s work experience to investigate the situation of the petition work in the region and found that the main problems are:insufficient system refinement,low precision of petition management process,and literacy service quality Problems need to be improved,the cadre team building is not lean enough,and the petition target evaluation standards are not detailed.These problems are mainly due to the lack of standardization of the petition work system,the "extensive" business process of petitions,the lack of detailed petition services,and cadres.The team is not scientifically optimized and the evaluation standards for letters and visits are not standardized and meticulous.Based on this,I have selected meticulous management methods to conduct research,and at the same time refined and quantified the rules,and then provided accurate guidance to the staff in the efficient handling of letters and visits,so as to improve the satisfaction of the people.In the specific implementation of refined management,the author demonstrates through comparative research,induction,experience summarization,questionnaire analysis and other methods,and believes that the implementation of refined management in letter and visit work in S cities and S counties can improve the quality of letter and visit work..The development of the research work in this article is mainly from the aspects of process,system,service,cadre team optimization,and evaluation standard refinement,etc.,to design and build the refined management of letter and visit work in S city and S county.After the refined management work will be carried out,the changes corresponding to the business indicators of letters and visits are compared in more detail.It can be seen that the use of refined management concepts in the work of letters and visits can significantly improve the efficiency of letters and visits,and have been recognized by the public,and it has given corresponding guidance to the innovation and development of the work model of local letters and visits. |
