With the improvement of people's living standards and the continuous development of medical science,people are living longer and longer.The number and speed of the growth of the aging.population can not be ignored.The continuous aging of the population is an inevitable trend.China has a large population base.Although there is still a demographic dividend that makes all kinds of contradictions not prominent,it also needs our country's attention.The increase of the proportion of the elderly in the population has brought a series of problems to the society,such as pension pressure,labor shortage,pension gap and so on.How to transform the negative effects of aging into positive ones is an urgent problem.One of the important ways to alleviate the aging is to encourage the elderly to reemployment and give full play to their surplus heat.The young old people are the main group of the old people's reemployment,but at present,the laws,regulations and policies in this field are not perfect in our country.How to effectively support the reemployment of the elderly,strive to realize the function of the public sector,and provide some experience for the reemployment of the young elderly in the future will become an important direction of this paper.Based on the random sampling analysis of the current situation and willingness of the reemployment of the elderly in D City,combined with the advanced experience of other countries and regions at home and abroad in the reemployment of the elderly,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the reemployment of the elderly in D city through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,and further analyzes the problems found Put forward solutions and suggestions.The full text is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction part,in this chapter,the research background,research theory,research ideas and methods are described.This paper analyzes the negative economic effects caused by the aging of population and the great social significance of the employment of the young elderly,summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation,and provides research ideas,technical routes and research methods for this study;the second part is related concepts and basic theories,in which aging,retirement and reemployment,human resources for the elderly and other related concepts are included The third part introduces the related activity theory,life cycle hypothesis theory and Maslow's demand level theory,which provides the theoretical basis for this paper The fourth part is about the experience of the United States,Britain,France and other developed countries,as well as Qingdao,Chengdu and other domestic cities,so as to provide a reference for the direction of reemployment of the young elderly in D City,so as to better The fifth part is the countermeasure part,from the government level,the system level and the social level,to work together to solve the problem of reemployment of the young elderly;the sixth part is the conclusion and the prospect,summarizes the whole article,and makes the prospect for the future development trend.Generally speaking,taking D City as an example to study the reemployment of the young elderly has a very important reference significance for improving the laws and regulations,policy guidance and system arrangement of the reemployment of the elderly in China.
