Studies On Health Supervision And Law Enforcement Of H City

To keep pace with the big context of deepening reform,as well as reduce administrative costs,improve administrative efficiency,the reform of health supervision is about to begin.The Health Supervision Institute of H City was established in 2003,it is subordinate to the local health select committee.This institute performs health supervision and law enforcement functions legally.It takes responsibilities for public health,medical market,occupational health,school health,drinking water,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and so on.The existence of this institute is important in promoting the development of health supervision,law enforcement and health protection of the general public.I entered the Health Supervision Institute of H City to work in 2016.Through continuous accumulation of wok experience,I have some opinions on the problems existing in the health supervision and law enforcement work of H City and the improvement measures,which lays a practical foundation for the writing of this paper.The paper is based on a large amount of literature research,together with work experience.The major research objects are the health supervision and law enforcement of H City,with a focus on the current status of health supervision and law enforcement of H City.This current study adopts a method of combining the theory and practice.Theories of sociology and public administration are also applied to analyze the status of the domestic health supervision and law enforcement,study its development trends,as well as discuss the achievements and experience of health supervision and law enforcement in recent years.Based on the current status of health supervision and law enforcement,this paper discusses the difficulties in health supervision and law enforcement in practical work,issues such as the balance between function and power,the inappropriate allocation of resources,low enthusiasm of law enforcement officers and low efficiency of law enforcement.This paper will trace the origin of issues in health supervision and law enforcement.Factors such as supervision system,health resources,the performance inspection,public involvement and department linkage are carefully investigated with related public management theories.Some reasonable suggestions are proposed for the future development of health supervision and law enforcement from reform cases in other regions of the country.The suggestions apply methods such as "from special to ordinary" and "from general to specific" to make specific analysis of specific problem.
