Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Township Government In Wafangdian City

Government performance evaluation is a kind of administrative management tool to innovate administration,improve government efficiency and enhance government credibility and execution.The development of government performance evaluation is helpful to build a democratic,responsible,transparent,efficient and credible government,to help the government make correct decisions and obtain mass supervision,and to improve the enthusiasm of civil servants.China's government performance evaluation has achieved some results in theory and practice,but at present,the research results on the performance evaluation of township government are still rare.Therefore,in view of the actual situation of the township government in Wafangdian City,the establishment of a set of performance evaluation and evaluation system,which not only includes the explicit achievements of "Jinshan Yinshan",but also includes the hidden achievements of "green water and green mountains",is not only the inevitable requirement of the scientific concept of development.It is also the inherent requirement of promoting the new socialist agricultural construction cooperatives.This paper takes Wafangdian township government as the research object,on the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign government performance evaluation results,through the analysis of the present situation of Wafangdian township government performance evaluation,finds out the problems existing in Wafangdian township government performance evaluation system,and finds out the causes of the problems from many angles,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the specific reality of Wafangdian township government performance evaluation.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we can better improve the performance evaluation and evaluation of township government in Wafangdian City,build a one-stop seamless government,and at the same time,it also provides a reference for the development of performance evaluation of other governments at the same level in China.
