At present,the rural left-behind mainly for the elderly,women and children,because of their age,culture and ability is limited,for new agricultural technologies to recognize and accept ability is limited,and long-term in backward ideas under the influence of agricultural production,new technology digestion and absorption is slow,this is the current rural agricultural technology popularization in our country is facing a prominent and universality.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the behaviors and demands of rural left-behind population,consider problems from its perspective,consider problems according to the actual situation of left-behind families,and formulate scientific and reasonable agro-technical popularization programs,so as to ensure the rapid popularization and popularization of agro-technology.Especially after the 19th big put forward the strategy of rejuvenating rural,in terms of strengthening agricultural science and technology support,to further implement the strategy of innovation driven development,speed up agricultural scientific and technological progress,improve the level of agricultural science and technology independent innovation and achievements transformation level,expanding new space for agricultural development,add new momentum,leading the transformation and upgrading of supporting agriculture and mass transfer efficiency put forward clear requirements,the current agricultural technology extension worker,should strengthen the sense of responsibility,sense of mission and sense of urgency,for the rural female labor force use of agricultural science and technology,to participate in agricultural technology popularization provide strong guarantee.This paper first describes the current situation of female labor force in agricultural technology extension in Xuzhou and the whole country,analyzes the importance of female in agricultural technology extension research,and then analyzes the feasibility of female in agricultural technology extension research.Secondly through questionnaire to obtain first-hand information analysis of Xuzhou city Tongshan zone of agro-technical popularization of rural female labor force participation in the status quo,from the present situation of ignoring lower cultural quality of women,technical design process lack of gender consciousness,training methods for women workers is not applicable,the promotion of work ignore women several aspects,such as analysis of Xuzhou city Tongshan zone problems existing in the rural female labor force participation in agricultural technology popularization.On this basis,from the rural women affected by the degree of education,backward rural female labor learning ideas,the enthusiasm of rural female labor force to participate in the work of agro-technical popularization of internal cause and benefit will be women marginalized,policy lack of gender consciousness,execution to ignore its external factor such as gender differences to make in-depth analysis.Finally,under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the participation of rural female labor force in agricultural technology popularization,including:improving the scientific and cultural quality of rural female labor force;We should incorporate gender awareness into agro-technical popularization,take full account of the characteristics of rural female workers,and establish a sound system of technical training for rural women.To establish methods of agricultural technical training and popularization suitable for female labor force;We should pay close attention to the development of rural women,improve their status,strengthen the legal and policy system for ensuring that rural women are fully protected by education,and give full play to the role of women's federations and other social organizations.
