Research On Informatization Construction Of Yiwu Smart City

The intelligentization of city is an inevitable trend,which is social evolutionary regulation on the basis of evolutionism.It is like the natural law that can not be overturned.Therefore,the topic of smart city construction will attract more and more academic attention.In the National New-Mode Urbanization Plan(2014-2020),there is presentation on promoting the construction of smart cities(section 2,chapter 18),which mainly describes the construction direction of smart cities.Moreover,in practice,all major cities have responded to the call of the Times and joined in the construction of smart cities,making many successful examples and gaining valuable experience.In the aspect of smart city informatization,this paper discusses relevant theories,summarizes and takes for references of the achievements and literatures made by scholars of various countries in terms of smart city,and then gives a qualitative description of smart city.At the same time,the paper sorts out the factors of smart city and the views of representative scholars.On the discussion of the practice of smart city construction,this paper describes and summarizes the practice of smart city construction in domestic and foreign metropolises,and extracts the successful experience and existing problems.In addition,this paper takes the informatization construction of smart city in yiwu as an example,analyzes the construction status and existing problems,and puts forward suggestions,which hopefully can contribute to the construction of smart city.Firstly,this paper systematically expounds the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,classifies the research theories according to the research direction of this paper,and discusses the research ideas and methods of this paper in detail The concept of smart city,information service,city and information service is explained,and the theoretical basis of this paper is pointed out.This paper analyzes the basic information construction of yiwu smart city,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the informatization construction of smart cities in foreign countries and summarizes the experience.Lastly,based on the above analysis and experience,this paper proposes solutions and suggestions from the following four aspects:establishing phased construction objectives,cultivating professional management talents and service teams,improving relevant supporting policies,standardizing the construction process,and strengthening the construction of smart city interactive platform.
