With the advent of the era of big data,information technology is gradually integrated into life and work.The continuous transformation of government functions,the construction of service-oriented government is the current form of demand,how to scientifically and effectively use new tools "big data" and other cutting-edge information technology,to build a comprehensive public service platform,connect the government and citizens between the bridge of communication,truly become a service-oriented government,is now the construction of intelligent social platform an important background,but also the reform of the social system service opportunities.For social security work,the work needs to be processed online under the window,the introduction of online business,greatly improve the efficiency of work,people can stay at home for their own business.At the same time,the sudden outbreak highlights the necessity and importance of "smart people’s social insurance" social insurance online business,therefore,this paper intends to study the "smart people’s society" social insurance construction in Taiyuan City,a comprehensive and objective understanding of the actual situation,combined with actual needs and advanced experience,put forward targeted recommendations.This paper studies the social insurance construction of "smart people’s society" in Taiyuan City,using two methods: literature research method and questionnaire method,through investigation and research,and the main problems existing in the process of "smart people’s society" social security construction in Taiyuan City are unclear development planning path,imperfect collaborative development mechanism,and Online function is not comprehensive,data information management capacity is insufficient,insufficient public financial funds and other issues,according to the actual situation to raise ideological awareness,strengthen institutional construction,build a coordinated development mechanism,improve online functions,ensure information security,strengthen the introduction of talent,increase publicity and other feasible countermeasures.
