Research On The Construction Of The Intelligent Service Platform Of The Judicial Administration In Daxinganling

With people's increasing requirements for the quality of judicial administration services,it has become a trend to improve the efficiency of judicial administration system and promote the innovation of judicial administration management through intelligent platform.The intelligent service platform of judicial administration system can be seen as the extension of judicial administration to enterprises and residents in the Internet era.It is a new opportunity to promote economic and social development,and it provides a new mode to promote the economic and social development of countries and regions.However,in the face of the demands of the masses,the development of grassroots intelligent legal service platform can also promote the transformation of grassroots judicial functions,update the administrative concept of the gove rnment,improve the service quality of the judicial administration,reduce the cost of the judicial administration,improve the work efficiency,promote the openness of the judicial administration system,strengthen the construction of clean government,and reflect the intelligent platform service.The overall quality and level of service is the ultimate embodiment of the achievements of judicial administration informatization construction.In order to implement the strategic thought of strengthening the country through network proposed by the 19th National Congress of the CPC and the second and third plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC,and closely follow the strategic development of "Digitar China"and "smart society",the Ministry of Justice issued the development plan of constructing "digital rule of law,smart justice" information system,which clearly refers to the goals of "large platform sharing,large system co-governance,and big data intelligence".Therefore,according to the requirements of the superior units,the Judicial Bureau of Daxing'anling region started to build the intelligent service platform of the judicial administration system in 2018.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part includes the research background,research significance,research overview at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods.The second part shows the relevant concepts and theoretical basis used in this paper.The concepts to be mentioned in this paper mainly include the judicial administrative organ,judicial administration intelligent service platform and its construction.The theoretical basis used in this paper mainly includes Seamless Government Theory and New Public Service Theory;the third part describes the current situation of the construction of the intelligent service platform of the judicial administration in Daxing'anling region,putting forward the main problems and the causes of the problems in the process of the construction of the platform.The judicial administration system in Daxing'anling region has taken a series of measures in the process of building the intelligent service platform and achieved some results.However,in the process of platform construction,there are also some problems,such as the goal and plan of platform construction are not very clear,various departments are not widely involved in the platform construction,resulting in low participation of platform construction.There are also problems such as insufficient construction funds.The fourth part is the practice of the construction of intelligent platform of judicial administration system at home and abroad,and foreign experience learened from developed countries like the United States and Japan.The fifth part is an analysis of the countermeasure.
