Predicament And Countermeasure Of Intelligent Old-age Service In Qingdao City

In today's society,the elderly population is increasing,the life span of human beings is gradually prolonging,and the only child has gradually become the main labor force of the society.Various reasons have led to a rapid increase in the pressure on social pension.The issue of old-age care is not only related to the sense of well-being and happiness of the elderly,but also to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the development of the entire economy and society.At present,there are 1.685 million elderly people over the age of 60 in Qingdao,accounting for 21.3% of the registered population,4.6 percentage points higher than the national total.At the same time,its population is also aging more than the average level of Shandong Province and even the country.With the increase of pension pressure and the rapid development of Internet technology,the application of information technology to the elderly care industry has gradually become a frontier research issue.It is expected to use emerging information technology to alleviate the pressure of social pension.Qingdao is a national pilot city for smart city technology and standards,and intelligent aged care services are constantly exploring and developing.The first part of this paper analyzes the background of the development of intelligent aged care services,including the domestic and international background and the background of Qingdao.The second part is based on the development background of domestic and foreign and Qingdao,and the existing literatures on intelligent pensions at home and abroad.In the above,summarize the relevant concepts of smart aged care services.This paper describes the concept of relevant community pension and smart communities and the theoretical background needed for development.The third part,through questionnaires and interviews,to understand the status quo of the development of smart old-age services in Qingdao.The fourth part analyzes the dilemma faced by Qingdao smart old-age service based on the analysis of collected data and the content of interviews:the implementation of policy is weak,the degree of intelligence and technology is low,the fit of smart old-age service is low,and the elderly are smart.The pension service is difficult to accept,and the quality of smart old-age service needs to be improved.The causes of the dilemma are analyzed: the lack of supervision of policies,the low participation rate of science and technology enterprises,the lack of investigation on the needs of the elderly,the barriers to the acceptance of smart old-age services for the elderly,and the professionalservice personnel.The quality needs to be improved.The fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the dilemma faced by the development of smart old-age service in Qingdao: strengthen policy implementation,increase the participation rate of science and technology enterprises,improve the fit of smart old-age services,improve the acceptance of the elderly,and improve the professional quality of service personnel..Finally,the conclusions and prospects of this study are obtained.The application of information technology to the aged care service industry is of great significance to alleviating the pressure on the society and reducing the labor cost of the old-age service industry.Through this research,we hope to play a positive role in the promotion of smart old-age services in Qingdao.Older people provide better services.
