Research On Family Education Guidance Of Wenzhou Women's Federation Based On Public Service

Family education plays an important role in promoting national development,national progress and social harmony.Family education has been attached more importance at the decision-making level of the government.Nowadays,Government has integrated family education guidance into livelihood projects and explored to establish the family education guidance public service system.In which,the government leads the participation of multiple subject.Meanwhile,the majority of parents urgently need scientific and standardized guidance.Women's Federation is a special pivotal public organization to serve women,children and families.It has been involved in social administration for long time,such as providing family education guidance public service.Women's Federation has developed traditional advantages in family education work and played an important role in construction of family education public service system.However,with the transformation of society,government functions transition and the increasing diversification of family education needs,family education work of Women's Federation is facing with challenge and new demands under the change of the internal and external environments.As the leading role,Women's Federations are entrusted with greater responsibilities and new missions on the family education guidance.How to adapt to the need of the new situation,further integration of resources,to better serve the needs of families,has become the realistic subject of family education work for Women's federation in thenew period.Based on this background,this dissertation takes Wenzhou Women's Federation as the research object,describes the current situation of family education guidance public services,which are provided by Wenzhou Women's Federation.On the basis of new public Service theory,the theory of more-center management and the third sector theory,the article states the investigation about the actual need and feedback of the services through questionnaire survey and interview.Then the article identifies the problems and analyzes the causes.In the final,the article refers to the experience of other regions and puts forward the solutions in directions such as self-development,branding of public service,innovation of service mode,service supply capacity and establishment of multiple cooperative network etc.
