Investigation And Research On The Construction Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres In F County Of Jiangsu Province

After the reform of the national supervision system,disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies are both disciplinary and law enforcement agencies,and they have the dual responsibilities of supervising and disciplinary supervision and investigation and disposition.The ability and quality directly affects the implementation and implementation of party rules and discipline.In particular,the discipline inspection and supervision agencies at the county and township levels work directly at the grassroots level and are the cornerstone of the discipline inspection and supervision.The ability and quality of law enforcement officers directly affect the role of discipline inspection and supervision.Strengthening the construction of the discipline inspection system itself is to promote comprehensive compliance is the necessary requirement for the strict governance of the party to develop in depth.This article is guided by Xi Jinping 's theory of the construction of discipline inspection and supervision teams of the new era since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The aim is to adapt to the new situation,new tasks,and new requirements of the reform of the inspection system,to systematically improve the competence and quality of the discipline inspection and supervision business with high quality.Through the work at the discipline inspection and supervision cadre management and supervision office of F County Discipline Inspection Commission in Jiangsu Province,and based on case study method,questionnaire survey method and individual interview method,in-depth analysis on the achievements,problems and reasons.Through research has found that the problems in the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team of County F's Discipline Inspection Commission mainly include the slow improvement of comprehensive quality,the lack of outstanding main responsibilities,the unreasonable team structure,and the long-term existence of post risks.The reasons are the imperfect training system,the unsatisfactory channels for performing duties,the incomplete selection management system,and imperfect internal supervision mechanisms.This article selected the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision teams in H and X counties of Jiangsu Province as an experience reference,and analyzed the advanced experience and characteristic practices of team construction after the reform of the supervisionsystem.On this basis,to discuss the measures to improve the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team of F County.It is recommended to build a comprehensive education and training system for disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres,to focus on the main task of improving the performance of duties,to improve the selection of employees,to encourage incentives,and to establish diversified supervision systems.With a view to providing reference for promoting the development of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadres towards specialization and scientific.
