The prison people's police are the people's police engaged in prison administration,reforming persons serving sentences and executing criminal punishments.Due to special law enforcement objects,closed law enforcement environment,low sense of social identity,great pressure in supervision work,small space for career advancement,inability to implement economic treatment,inadequate family care and other problems,the problem of job burnout of prison police in H province is prominent.It is also very urgent to solve the problem of job burnout of prison police in H province.Taking Maslash and Leiter proposed three dimension theory as the theoretical basis,the selection of H province prison police as the research object,using stratified sampling method,with the help of MBI-GS scale,the provincial prison police conducted a sampled questionnaire,according to the questionnaire,the three dimensions of job burnout among from the scientific judgment of H province prison police job burnout status quo,on the emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,low personal accomplishment has carried on the score statistics three aspects respectively,and the average score of three dimension measurement,to determine the H province prison police in moderate job burnout level.SPSS data analysis software and other statistical tools were used to conduct differentiated analysis of different items including gender,age,position,years of police service,education background and marital status.According to the analysis results,the prison police in H province is at the level of moderate job burnout.In this paper,8 representative policemen and 4 criminals were interviewed,and the interview data were summarized and sorted out to provide an important basis for summarizing the performance of job burnout of prison police in H province,analyzing the causes of job burnout and proposing countermeasures.According to the investigation and interview results,the degree of job burnout of prison police in H province was scientifically evaluated,and the manifestations of job burnout were summarized,mainly including physical and mental exhaustion,emotional anxiety,lack of responsibility and low personal achievement.On the basis of data analysis,combined with the conditions of the questionnaire of H province prison police job burnout causes analyzed and concluded that not firm ideal and faith,personal ability is insufficient,the job burnout as seriously insufficient and the individual level,imperfect laws and regulations,social reasons such as lack of positive publicity and law enforcement environment closed,long-term overworked,insufficient training,promotion way to narrow and the imbalance of the compensation,organizational reasons.In the H province prison police job burnout degree of current situation,based on the analysis of the manifestations and causes,this paper combines with the actual work,emphatically from the organizational level put forward targeted solutions,put forward the optimize allocation of police force,strengthen organizational training,broaden the promotion way,improve the incentive system,establishing the fault tolerance mechanism of advice,and on a personal level and social level put forward some relevant Suggestions,aims to alleviate the H province prison police's job burnout influence,better completes the labor of duty,make a greater contribution to maintaining social stability.
