Research On Poverty Alleviation Immigrant Community Governance From The Perspective Of Governance Community

With the increasing proportion of poverty alleviation immigrant community in China,the living environment of the poor population has been greatly improved.At the same time,some new problems have emerged,which affect the realization of the goal of “being able to move,live stably and become rich”.This research is expected to understand the plight of community governance for poverty alleviation immigrant community and its causes from the perspective of the governance community,explore countermeasures and suggestions for community governance for poverty alleviation immigrant community from the perspective of the governance community,try to expand the research object and content of community governance and enrich the research results in community governance.From the perspective of governance community,this research selects B community in southern Shaanxi as the research object.Through the collation and analysis of domestic and foreign related research,community theory,community governance theory and delocalization theory are used as the theoretical basis,full use of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case interview method,in-depth investigation of the B community.Through the understanding of the basic situation of B community,resettlement objects and resettlement forms,and resettlement policy guarantees,it is found that after villagers move from their original places to resettlement communities,they are faced with the dual dilemma of relocation and poverty,and the source of livelihood has undergone transformation.The way of life has changed,and the values and behaviors of the villagers have also fallen out of standard.By using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the returned questionnaires,the author found that the main body of community governance,governance rules and governance space of B community are all in a dilemma: community governance functions are unclear at the level of community governance entities and the community governance structure is out of balance.At the level of community governance rules,the way of community governance is administrative,the villagers' community participation and integration is low,the sense of belonging and identity in the community is not strong,and the community governance space is facing the limited resources provided by the community and the unlimited and diverse needs of villagers Contradiction.On this basis,the author analyzes the plight of poverty alleviation immigrant community governance from three aspects:administrative intervention and community autonomy,the disintegration of village community and the construction of community governance,and the delocalization of personal life and the reorganization of community identity.The main body,governance rules and governance space conceive the plight of poverty alleviation immigrant communities.Based on the above results,the author tries to explore the path out of the poverty alleviation immigration community governance dilemma from three aspects: constructing a diversified community governance pattern,promoting mutual recognition and coordination of multiple governance subjects,and creating a community public activity space,so as to lay the foundation for cultivating a community governance community.
