In November 2020,the completion acceptance of the Three Gorges Project, the country’s most important weapon, marks the end of the world’s largest water conservancy project and hydropower project with the most comprehensive benefits so far,and its subsidiary resettlement projects will shift from hardware facilities to software. The governance of the Three Gorges migrant community is the nerve ending and the last mile of the migration project.Realizing a high level of resident autonomy is the practical basis for the governance of the Three Gorges migrant community. At present, the Three Gorges immigrant communities in various provinces and cities in China have opened a series of channels to facilitate the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant communities to participate in community governance based on the Internet. However, there are still few studies on the factors affecting the willingness of the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant communities to participate in community governance and their influence in the theoretical and practical fields, which are not conducive to the harmonious construction and rapid development of the Three Gorges immigrant communities.First of all, starting from the research on the governance of the immigrant community and the participation of residents’ network, through literature review, the necessity of the participation of the residents’ network in the governance of the Three Gorges immigrant community is explained. It provides a pavement for the development of the following research.Based on the theoretical support of the citizen voluntary model and the technology acceptance model, combined with the realistic conditions of the residents network participating in community governance,a research model of the factors affecting the willingness to participate in the governance of the Three Gorges immigrant community was constructed, and the factors affecting the participation of the Three Gorges immigrant network in community governance reasonable assumptions are made on the relationship.Pre-surveys and formal surveys are conducted through questionnaires to collect valid sample data.Secondly, empirical research methods are used to verify the research hypothesis.According to the results of data analysis,it is found that subjective norms, resident resources and community psychology have a certain positive influence on the willingness of the Three Gorges immigrant community residents to participate in community governance;perceived usefulness and ease of perception usability has a significant positive effect on the willingness of the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant community to participate in the network;subjective norms, resident resources and community psychology positively affect the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant community;the perceived usefulness partly mediates the community The psychological influence on the willingness to participate in the network of the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant community, and the perceived ease of use partially mediates the influence of the residents’ resources on the willingness to participate in the network of the residents of the Three Gorges immigrant community. Finally, based on the research results of the empirical and confirmatory analysis paradigm, relevant management suggestions for optimizing the resident network of the Three Gorges immigrant community to participate in governance are put forward in a targeted manner. |
