A Case Study Of "Integration Of Six Aspects" Convenient Police Grid In Shache County,Xinjiang Autonomous Region

Influenced by the infiltration and superposition of the "three forces",the "7.5" terrorist attacks and "7.28" terrorist attacks in Shache County in Xinjiang in the past decade have seriously affected the stability and long-term prosperity of the border areas,and have highlighted the disadvantages of large area,insufficient police force and weak sense of crisis in Xinjiang minority areas.In this context,the Party Central Committee proposed the policy of governing Xinjiang according to law,uniting and stabilizing Xinjiang,and building Xinjiang for a long time.It also held special meetings to discuss Xinjiang issues,guide and maintain national unity,develop local economy,and benefit 20 million Xinjiang compatriots.Maintaining the prosperity and stability of the achievements of reform and opening up has become a major challenge for regional governments,and it is also one of the focuses of Xinjiang issues discussed by scholars.Based on the author's experience in Xinjiang police work,through access to information,on-the-spot investigation,collection of information,visit and understand the series of violent terrorist incidents displayed in the anti-terrorism and anti riot Memorial Hall in various ways,using literature analysis,vertical theoretical comparison and other case study methods.The experience and practice of convenient police grid in Shache county are summarized.It is recognized that the establishment of convenient police station,the promotion of "police force landing" and the improvement of grid management mode are the main lines.The five innovative mechanisms of grid management mode of Shache county are analyzed in depth,including "police integration","full-time prevention and control","Street police force","comprehensive coverage" and "convenient service",We will promote the construction characteristics of the " Integration of Six Aspects " convenient police grid system with "receiving and handling,patrol prevention and control,prevention and management,serving the masses,dynamic control,preparation and handling of emergencies".This paper discusses the comprehensive composition of convenient police grid construction in Shache County,that is,how to use organization mobilization,operation guarantee and long-term management and control elements to serve the convenient police grid mode,so as to form the experience and Enlightenment of regional social grid governance mode.Shache County,as the front position of anti-terrorism and anti riot,is facing the mutual penetration and superposition of different forces at home and abroad.The emergence of " Integration of Six Aspects " convenient police grid mode is of great significance to Xinjiang's special period of anti-terrorism and anti riot hidden dangers and further strengthening national unity.Shache County,an advanced convenient police grid management mode,can cover most of the public security work.The working methods and experience of community policing,campus security,rapid response,video inspection,etc.involved in the actual police activities are worth learning and learning from other local public security organs.
